Since 2007 we are monitoring and evaluating the population status of military macaws and related species in the area; we organize environmental educational workshops to fight the illegal trade encouraging the community to denounce environmental wrongdoing to authorities.

We worked intensively in scientific research to obtain basic information for the conservation and management of the Military macaw.
