Our main objective is to prevent the imminent extinction of the military macaw (Ara militaris) under present conditions. UNITED FOR THE MACAWS A. C. seeks to reverse the trend; stopping their illegal trade; protecting their habitat, shared by many other plants and animals that are vital to human and environmental survival and arousing awareness about their conservation.
In this way we seek propose alternatives for the rational and sustained use of the natural resources of these territories, in a way that allows a dignified life to the owners of the land that interacts directly with the Military Macaw.
